House Bill No. 23—By the Prince George's County Delegation:

Subject: "ATTORNEYS AT LAW AND ATTORNEYS IN FACT,"
subtitle "STATE'S ATTORNEY," INCREASING THE NUMBER OF
ASSISTANT STATE'S ATTORNEYS.

Favorable report adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered passed to its third
reading.

Two-thirds of all the Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the
rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows, and the bill put upon
its third reading and final passage.
