consumption on the premises only, that no alcoholic beverages shall be
served at any bar, counter, cocktail lounge or other room but only in
the dining rooms which must have at least 1,000 square feet of dining
area, that no signs visible from the exterior advertising the sale of alco-
holic beverages shall be permitted, and generally to provide for the terms
and conditions under which said licenses shall be issued and further to
provide for a referendum on this Act.

House Bill No. 26—By Delegates Quinn, Butler and Long, R. C. B.:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 566 (b) of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963
Supplement), title "Health," subtitle "Hospitals," to change provisions
for financing of a nursing home hospital adjacent to McCready Hospital
in Somerset County by changing the amount contributed thereto by
Somerset County, changing the size of the hospital, removing unnecessary
requirements relating to reimbursement of the County and relating to the
State agency which is to cooperate with the County in this project.
