title "Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund", to follow immediately after
Section 158 thereof, to provide that persons holding valid automobile lia-
bility insurance policies issued by companies authorized to do business under
the Insurance Code meet motor vehicle financial responsibility require-
ments regardless of the insolvency or inability of the insurer to pay judg-
ments against the insured, and to provide that such policyholders need not
pay uninsured motorist fees except upon certain conditions.

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 40 (u) of Article 10 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Supple-
ment), title "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact", sub-title "State's
Attorney", increasing the allowance for secretarial expenses of the State's
Attorney for Talbot County.

Senate Bill No. 36—By Senator Welcome:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 281 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Supple-
ment), title "Public Education", sub-title "Chapter 27. Free Scholarships",
increasing the number of scholarships to Morgan State College from each
senatorial district and providing also for appointments to certain scholar-
ships to Morgan State College to be made by members of the House of
Delegates.
