Senate Bill No. 29—By Senator Dorf:

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 151 (d) of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Sup-
plement), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Unsatisfied Claim and Judg-
ment Fund", to allow persons registering motor vehicles insured by com-
panies against which delinquency proceedings are brought under the In-
surance Code during the registration license year a period of time to obtain
other insurance without incurring liability to pay the uninsured motorist
fees and to return registration certificates and plates.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.

Senate Bill No. 30—By Senator Dorf:

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tions 150 (h) and 154 (a) of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition and 1963 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title
"Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund", to change the definition of an
uninsured motor vehicle under the Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund
to include vehicles insured by a company under delinquency proceedings
under the Insurance Code, and to provide for the time within which notice
of claims against such uninsured persons must be given to the Fund.

Rules.

Senate Bill No. 31—By Senator Dorf:

A Bill entitled: An Act to add new Section 164A to Article 48A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Supplement), title "Insurance Code",
sub-title "10. Rehabilitation and Liquidation", to follow immediately after
Section 164 thereof, to require notification to policyholders of insurance
companies against which delinquency proceedings are instituted under the
Insurance Code.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.

Senate Bill No. 32—By Senator Dorf :

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal Section 474 of the Charter and Public
Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Council-
manic and Legislative Districts" and to enact a new Section 474 in lieu
thereof to stand in the place of the section so repealed and to be under the
new sub-title "Boundaries of Legislative Districts", revising the boundaries
of the several Legislative Districts of Baltimore City, providing for the
effect of this Act and relating generally to the Legislative Districts of Bal-
timore City, and to the members of the General Assembly therefrom.
