The various registers of wills in the State shall be entitled to
charge and collect for the performance of their duties the fees here-
inafter specified, as follows:

For taking probate of wills, entering the names, all necessary oaths
including and granting letters testamentary or of administration,
letters de bonis non, or ad colligendum (whether one or more persons
of letters pendente lite, c.t.a. be included therein), taking, filing and
recording bond, issuing warrant, with oath to appraisers and ad-
ministering the necessary oaths to the person or persons to whom
such letter may be granted, including all seals to letters and war-
rants to appraise .......................................................................... $7.50

For entering on estate docket, all papers filed in estates, so
that the docket will show a complete list of all incidents con-
nected with the administration of estates ................................ 3.50

For filing renunciation of widows, heirs or deceased persons,
executors, guardians, trustees, etc......................................... .75

For furnishing certificate of letters testamentary, or of ad-
ministration, including de bonis non, ad colligendum, with
will annexed (c.t.a.) or pendente lite, with seal........................ .75

For affixing seal [or] of office to any transcript or other
paper, if expressly required by law or any person.................... 1.00

For affixing seal of office to any certificate, transcript or other

paper exemplified under the act of Congress............................ 2.00

For passing and entering every claim or voucher against a
deceased person's estate, and endorsing certificate thereof,
on every such claim or voucher when passed by the court or
register, for each .......................................................................... .50

For entering the appointment of a guardian or guardians, ap-
proval of sureties and for filing and recording the bonds for

one minor ...................................................................................... 3.00

and for each additional minor...................................................... .75

For entering papers filed in caveat or other controversial mat-
ters, for each side.......................................................................... 5.00

For transcribing papers filed in caveat or other controversial
proceedings when taken to higher court, per page or part
thereof ............................................................................................ 1.50

For recording papers filed in caveat or other controversial
proceedings, when mandate of higher court is filed, per page
or part thereof ............................................................................... 1.50

For filing and recording wills, inventories, account of sales,
release, guardian accounts, administration accounts, petitions
and orders, and any other paper filed and not otherwise speci-
fied herewith, per page or part thereof...................................... 1.50

All fees herein referred to for filing and recording are for
documents which are double spaced on typewriter. If single
spaced for a page or part thereof ............................................ 3.00
