tinuous existence.
(iv) The advertising to the public by any means, in any form or
through any media, the prices for prescriptions, dangerous or non-
proprietary drugs, or fees for services relating thereto or any refer-
ence to the price of said drugs or prescriptions whether specifically
or as a percentile of prevailing prices, or by the use of the terms "cut
rate," "discount," "bargain" or terms of similar connotation.
(v) The advertising or claiming to the public of professional su-
periority in the compounding or filling of prescriptions or in any
manner implying professional superiority which may undermine pub-
lic confidence in the ability, character and integrity of other pharma-
cists.

(a) There is hereby created, as an agency of the State, an Air
Pollution Control Council consisting of five (5) members, all of whom
shall be appointed by the Governor. One of said members shall be
appointed from a list of three (3) names submitted by the Baltimore
section of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, one of said
members shall be appointed from a list of three (3) names submitted
by the Maryland section of the American Institute of Chemical En-
gineers, and two of said members, who are at the time employed by
persons carrying on a manufacturing or public utility business within
the State, shall be appointed one from each of two lists of three (3)
names submitted by the Baltimore Association of Commerce. Each
of said members shall be experienced and competent in [maters]
matters of air pollution control. The remaining member shall be a
doctor of medicine and shall be appointed from a list of three (3)
names submitted by the Board.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1964.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 126 (b)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game and Inland Water
Fish," subheading "Hunter's License," increasing the nonresident
hunter's license fee to $25.00.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
