13.04.03.18 Supplementation for Anticipated Legislation

General Fund Appropriation, for Aid to Education
as provided for in Senate Bill 33 and/or House
Bill 30, and contingent upon the enactment of a
tax of 4% on the ordinary income of individuals
effective January 1, 1965 as provided in such
bills and estimated to yield 10,200,000 of addi-
tional revenue receipts in the fiscal year 1965.
General Fund Appropriation Contingent on
the Enactment of Senate Bill 33 and/or

The funds here appropriated are to be distrib-
uted by budget amendment in conformity with
the provisions of the designated legislation en-
acted.
