On page 20 of the printed bill after the line en-
titled "Total Special Fund Appropriation—
7,898,941" insert the following: "In connection
with and contingent upon the enactment of Sen-
ate Bill 39 limiting the above Special Fund Ap-
propriation to $7,727,764, together with the
appropriation for State Police Retirement Sys-
tem in the amount of $522,236 (totaling $8,250,-
000), it is the intention that this amount is to be
expended first and before any expenditure is
made from the General Fund Appropriation."
