13.04.10.12   Hood College. In return for the allowance, Hood

College shall furnish 58 scholarships including
tuition, board and room rent for two students
from each Senatorial District of the State and
26 scholarships covering tuition only for one
student from each Election District of Frederick
County, as provided by Article 77, Sections 263
and 282 (c) of the 1957 Annotated Code. This
appropriation is contingent upon the College's
complying with the provisions of Chapter 86 of
the Acts of 1949.

13.04.10.13   Peabody Institute of the City of Baltimore. In

return for the allowance, Peabody Institute of
the City of Baltimore shall furnish 35 scholar-
ships covering tuition only, as provided in
Article 77, Section 264 of the 1957 Annotated
Code. This appropriation is contingent upon the
Institute's complying with the provisions of
Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949.
