06.03.00.02 General Emergency Fund

To the Board of Public Works to be used by said
Board in supplementing appropriations made
in the budgets for the fiscal year 1965 where
it is found that the regular appropriations are
insufficient for the operating expenses of the
Government beyond those which are contem-
plated at the time of the appropriation of the
budgets for this fiscal year or any other con-
tingencies which might arise during the fiscal
year for which adequate provision has not
been made in this budget.
