to have access to the box, boxes, vault or vaults, where such securities
shall be kept, but on all occasions when access to the same is to be
had by him he 'shall be accompanied by either the Governor, the
Comptroller, ([or] the chief deputy comptroller [,] or a deputy
comptroller,
and on all occasions when access to the same is neces-
sary and the Treasurer is unable to attend in person, the chief
deputy treasurer or a deputy treasurer shall be entitled to have
access thereto if accompanied by either the Governor, [or] the
Comptroller or the chief deputy comptroller; the box or boxes,
vault or vaults, where such securities shall be kept shall be so con-
structed that two entirely different keys shall be required to gain
access to said securities, one of which keys for each such box or vault
shall be in the custody of the Treasurer and the other in that of the
Comptroller.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 506
(House Bill 762)

AN ACT to recodify and renumber Sections 272 and 277 of Article
66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Nat-
ural Resources," subtitle "Fish and Fisheries," subheading "Part
2. Tidal Waters," said sections to be recodified and renumbered as
Sections 224 and 224A of the said Article of the Code, subtitle
"Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Game and
Fresh Water Fish," to recodify and renumber two sections relating
to fishing in Carroll and Garrett counties, to transfer said sections
from regulations on fishing in tidal waters and to place said sections
among the regulations for fishing in nontidal waters.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 272 and 277 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Fish
and Fisheries," subheading "Part 2. Tidal Waters," be and they are
hereby recodified and renumbered as Sections 224 and 224A of the
said Article of the Code, subtitle "Birds, Game and Inland Water
Fish," subheading "Game and Fresh Water Fish."

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

Approved April 17, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 266(a)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
