provisions of this subtitle, including the cost of any special deputy
appointed by the Sheriff of Harford County. In Washington County,
the County Commissioners are authorized to pay out of the fund
claims for damages to shrubbery and trees, and for damages to
personal property of any kind.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 698 of the Acts of 1949 and to repeal
Chapter 628 of the Acts of 1951, which acts, respectively, enacted
and amended certain provisions concerning a school building fund
of Somerset County, defined the source of monies to be paid into
this fund, and related generally to the expenditure of the monies
in this fund.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Chapter 698 of the Acts of 1949, and that Chapter 628 of the
Acts of 1951, be and they are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 397-402, inclusive, of Article 20 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Som-
erset County," subtitle "Trespass," and to repeal said subtitle,
repealing certain unnecessary and obsolete local laws of Somerset
County on the subject of trespass and of cutting down or injuring
certain timber, land, houses, buildings, and other property.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 397-402, inclusive, of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County,"
subtitle "Trespass," and that said subtitle, be and they are hereby
repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
