CHAPTER 347
(Senate Bill 415)

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and devises contained
in the Last Wills and Testaments of certain persons, deceased, and
also to certain gifts, grants, sales, leases and deeds made by various
persons to and for the use and benefit of sundry ministerial per-
sons, religious corporations, vestries, educational and charitable in-
stitutions, churches, denominations or sects hereinafter named.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the sanction and consent of the said General Assembly of Mary-
land be and the same is hereby declared, given and granted to the
following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales, leases, conveyances
and deeds, to and from certain persons and bodies corporate to and
for the use of certain ministerial persons, religious and educational
corporations, orders, denominations and sects, and to certain chari-
table institutions hereinafter named and hereinafter set forth.

1.  Undivided one-half interest of Presbyterian Home of Maryland,
Inc. in remainder of Trust Estate created by the Will of Arthur L.
Jackson who died February 29, 1932 and whose Will is recorded in
the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber
J.H.B. No. 184, folio 510.

2.  Undivided one-half interest of Hunting Ridge Presbyterian
Church of Baltimore City in remainder of Trust Estate created by
the Will of Arthur L. Jackson who died February 29, 1932 and whose
Will is recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills as aforesaid.

3.  Remainder interest of Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore
"A Corporation Sole," in Trust Estate created by the Will of Fergus
O'Connor who died March 19, 1934 and whose Will is recorded in the
Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber
J.H.B. No. 179 folio 177.

4.  A $50.00 annuity to The Confraternity of the Blessed Sacra-
ment provided in the Will of H. Page Dyer who died on January 13,
1917 and whose said Will was probated in the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to add a new section to the Charter of the Town of Centre-
ville, the same being Sections 43 to 117, inclusive of Article 18 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titled "Queen Anne's
County", sub-titled "Town of Centreville", said new Section to be
