sub-title "Plats", as said section was enacted by Chapter 398 of
the Acts of 1959, repealing the requirement of plats in Queen
Anne's County where lands are subdivided.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 322 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's
County (1930 Edition, being Article 18 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title "Plats",
as said section was enacted by Chapter 398 of the Acts of 1959, be
and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 52, 53,
54, 55, 58 and 60; to repeal in their entirety Sections 56, 59, 61 and
62; to enact in the place of Sections 56 and 61 so repealed new
Sections 56 and 61 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany
County (1955 Edition), being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County", sub-title "Circuit
Court", as the aforesaid Sections 54 and 61 were last amended by
Chapter 353 of the Acts of 1959 and Chapter 809 of the Acts of
1957, respectively; relating to the Court Reporter and other court
employees of Allegany and Garrett Counties, changing the name
from Stenographer to Reporter, removing references to Washing-
ton County from the Code, giving the Judges of the Circuit Court
for Allegany County the right to set compensation of employees
of the Court.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 52, 53, 54, 55, 58 and 60 be and they are hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments; that Sections 56, 59, 61
and 62 be and they are hereby repealed in their entirety; that new
Sections 56 and 61 be and they are hereby enacted in the place of
Sections 56 and 61 so repealed, all of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Allegany County (1955 Edition), being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County", sub-title
"Circuit Court", as the aforesaid Sections 54 and 61 were last
amended by Chapter 353 of the Acts of 1959 and Chapter 809 of the
Acts of 1957, respectively, and all to read as follows:
Court [Stenographer] Reporter
52. The Judges of the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Maryland, are
hereby authorized and directed to appoint [two] an official Court
[Stenographers, one for the Circuit Court for Washington County,
and one] Reporter for the Circuit Court for Allegany and Garrett
Counties, who shall be a sworn officer[s] of the courts of said
