(House Bill 695)
AN ACT to legalize the 1962 Cumulative Supplement to the Baltimore
County Code, 1958, and to make the same evidence of the portions
of public local laws of Baltimore County, Maryland, purporting to
be contained therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1962 Cumulative Supplement to the Baltimore County Code,
1958, compiled and edited by Johnson Bowie, County Solicitor, and
John Thomas Welsh, Assistant County Solicitor, published by King
Brothers, Inc., 208 N. Calvert Street, Baltimore 2, Maryland, be and
the same is hereby legalized, and shall be deemed and taken as evi-
dence of those portions of the public local laws of Baltimore County
purporting to be contained therein, in all the courts of this State,
and by all justices of the peace, trial magistrates, and all other public
officials of the State and its political subdivisions.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 336 of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title
"Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "Injuries—Reports of," includ-
ing Kent County among those counties which require reports of
treatment by medical persons of certain injuries to police
authorities.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 336 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments", subtitle "Injuries—
Reports of", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

Whenever any physician, pharmacist, dentist, hospital or nurse
treats any person for an injury which was caused by or shows evi-
