To supplement the appropriation for in-
stallation of new ceilings, exhaust fans
and other minor alterations in Auditor-
ium shown on page 1621 of the Acts of
1961; Section 8 of Chapter 885 of the
Acts of 1961 being hereby repealed to
the extent that said work may begin
upon satisfactory assurances to the
Board of Public Works that said project
can be completed with the aggregate
of the funds herein and heretofore ap-
priated for that purpose........................ 20,000
