(e) In Anne Arundel County there shall be such number of com-
mitting magistrates with such compensation, powers and duties as
are provided in the public local laws thereof. After June 1, 1963,
1965, no justices of the peace shall be appointed in Anne Arundel
County except those designated as committing magistrates and
referred to in the first sentence above.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 14A-6 of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1957 Edition), being Article 2 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Anne Arundel County",
sub-title "Chapter 14A. People's Court of Anne Arundel County",
AS SAID CHAPTER 14A WAS ADDED BY CHAPTER .— OF
THE ACTS OF 1963 (SENATE BILL NO. 224), be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
14A-6. Judges of the Court shall sit as follows:
One at Annapolis and/or the southern part of Anne Arundel
County.
One at Glen Burnie or Ferndale and/or the northern part of Anne
Arundel County.
One at Odenton, Edgewater and/or Mountain Road.
[The fourth Judge at any place in the county requiring his services
including the locations above mentioned, provided, however, that the
sitting Judges may be rotated by the Chief Judge.] The Chief Judge
of the Court shall designate the places at which the Judges of the
Court shall sit and the rotation of the Judges of the Court among
the places where they sit, except that at all times at least one Judge
shall sit at Annapolis and/or the southern part of the county and at
least one shall sit at Glen Burnie or Ferndale and/or the northern
part of the county.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 22-33,
22-35 and 22-36 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1957 Edition
and 1961 Supplement, being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title
"Waters and Sewers"; and to repeal Section 22-34 of said Article
and sub-title and enact new Section 22-34 to stand in place of the
section so repealed; providing for the composition, appointment,
compensation and duties of the Sanitary Commission of Anne
Arundel County; making certain changes in the duties of adminis-
trative personnel employed by the Sanitary Commission; providing
for the appointment of an Executive Director of the Sanitary Com-
mission, his duties and bond.
