225N.

Any person who shall practice or engage, or continue in the work
of a Master Electrician without having complied with all the pro-
visions of this sub-title, and any person not licensed as Master
Electrician, who shall do or perform any such work except under
the direction of a Master Electrician, and any person having been
licensed as a Master Electrician and who shall fail to renew his
license as herein provided, and shall do or perform any such work,
or who shall violate any of the provisions of this sub-title, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be sen-
tenced to pay a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor
more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or to an imprisonment not
exceeding ninety (90) days, or both, in the discretion of the court,
and any such conviction shall ipso facto revoke and annul any
license that may have been issued to such person.

225-O.

No license or renewal of same granted or issued under the provi-
sions of this sub-title shall be assignable or transferable, and any
license and renewal of same shall specify the name of the person to
whom it is issued.

225P.

All fees collected under the provisions of this sub-title shall be
collected by and used by the Board of Examiners to defray the
necessary expenses of said Board.

225-Q.

It shall be the duty of the said Board before the first Monday of
each year to make a report in writing to the Board of County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's County, containing a detailed statement
of the nature of the receipts and manner of expenditure, and any
balance of money in excess of two hundred dollars ($200.00) remain-
ing at the end of the year, after payment of expenses, shall be paid
into the Treasury of Queen Anne's County. The said Board shall
retain a balance of two hundred dollars ($200.00).

225R.

After June 1, 1959, no electric light or power company shall
attach its power lines or electric meters to any consumer's property
within the borders of Queen Anne's County unless the building was
wired before June 1, 1959, or the work has been installed by a
Master Electrician licensed under this sub-title and until a tem-
porary or permanent meter cut-in certificate has been issued by the
Middle Department Rating Association, Middle Division. Said de-
partment shall issue a meter cut-in certificate in duplicate. One of
said certificates shall be sent to the power or electric company fur-
nishing the electricity for the consumer's property, and the other
shall be sent to the Board of Electrical Examiners. The Board may,
however, issue a special permit for such attachment to a contractor
needing electricity during construction, and such company may pro-
vide such service upon presentation of such special permit.

225S.
