AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 436,
436A, 436B, and 437 of the Charter and Public Local Laws of Balti-
more City (1949 Edition), being Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore City," subtitle "People's
Court," Section 436 thereof having been last amended by Chapter
470 of the Acts of 1957; Sections 436A and 436B thereof having
been last amended by Chapter 532 of the Acts of 1959, and Section
437 thereof having last been amended by Chapter 469 of the Acts
of 1957, amending the local laws concerning the People's Court
of Baltimore City, in order to increase the salaries of the several
