11.01.01.02 Administration of Local Departments

To provide for the increase in the number of em-
ployees in the local departments from 1,289 to
1,490 contingent upon Federal approval of
Maryland's plan to reduce ADC cases per
worker to 60 and thereby obtaining 75 percent
Federal matching for direct ADC services.
