To become available immediately upon
the passage of this budget to supple-
ment the appropriation for the fiscal
year 1963 to provide for the following:

To the Board of Public Works to reim-
burse the General Emergency Fund
for the expenses of renovating the
State House and Shaw House result-
ing from reapportionment .............. 99,773

To the Board of Public Works to reim-
burse the General Emergency Fund
for the expense of publishing Con-
stitutional Amendments .................. 82,055

General Fund Appropriation........................ 181,828

06.03.00.10 Workmen's Compensation Premium

To compensate the State Accident Fund for losses
incurred on the policies covering inmates of the
penal institutions because the weekly basis used
to determine the payrolls on which the pre-
miums were calculated for the period July 1,
1957 to May 31, 1961, was substantially lower
than the weekly basis used to determine awards
by the Workmen's Compensation Commission.
