pay to the Teachers' Retirement System, Fed-
eral Funds appropriated in the State Depart-
ment of Education's Budget and Special Funds
appropriated in the University of Maryland's
Budget for their respective share of retire-
ment costs.

STATE AIDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

13.04.10.01   Maryland School for the Blind. Appropriations

are to be disbursed by the Treasury Depart-
ment on transmittal from the State Department
of Education, in accordance with regulations
prescribed by said State Department of Educa-
tion. Any part of this appropriation, by consent
of both parties may be used for matching pur-
poses in the event Federal Funds are available.
This appropriation is contingent upon the
School's complying with the provisions of Chap-
ter 86 of the Acts of 1949.

13.04.10.02   Maryland Workshop for the Blind. Appropriations

are to be disbursed by the Treasury Department
on transmittal from the State Department of
Education, in accordance with regulations pre-
scribed by said State Department of Education.
Any part of this appropriation, by consent of
both parties, may be used for matching purposes
in the event Federal Funds are available. This
appropriation is contingent upon the Work-
shop's complying with the provisions of Chap-
ter 86 as of the Acts of 1949.
