From Special and Federal Funds. Authoriza-
tion is hereby granted to use Special and Fed-
eral Funds for this purpose, in the amount of
$1,436,350 to be payable out of revenues and
grants which are the source of funds for the
payment of budget appropriations payable
out of Special and Federal Funds; this
amount being estimated and it being the in-
tention that the actual amount, whether it
be more or less, shall be made available in
allocating by budget amendment to the em-
ployees' Retirement System — Division of
Social Security.
