to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 1562A and
1571(i) SECTION 1562A of said Prince George's County Code,
subtitle "Washington Suburban Sanitary District," Section
1562A thereof having been added by Chapter 117 of the Acts
of 1955; to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 16 of
Chapter 780 of the Acts of 1959, said Chapter having enacted
the subtitle "Park and Planning Commission"; to repeal and re-
enact with amendments Section 50 of Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 edition), title "St. Mary's
County," subtitle "County Commissioners," as said section was
last amended by Chapter 47 of the Acts of 1950; to repeal and re-
enact with amendments Section 61(a) of said St. Mary's County
Code, subtitle "County Treasurer," as said section was last amended
by Chapter 809 of the Acts of 1941; to repeal and reenact with
amendments Section 182 of said St. Mary's County Code, subtitle
"Sanitary Districts," as said section was added by Chapter 816
of the Acts of 1957; to repeal and reenact with amendments Sec-
tions 344, 345 347, 348, and 349 of Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset
County," subtitle "Revenue and Taxes"; to repeal and reenact
with amendments Sections 80, 87, 89 and 90 of Article 21 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 edition), title
"Talbot County," subtitle "County Treasurer," as said Sections
80, 89, and 90 were last amended by Chapter 788 of the Acts of
1959; to repeal and reenact with amendments Section 539(f) of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Washington County (1957 edi-
tion, being Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Washington County," subtitle "Sanitary Districts,"
as said section was amended by Chapter 743 of the Acts of 1961;
to repeal Sections 228 and 233 (a) of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Wicomico County (1959 Edition, being Article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Wicomico County,"
subtitle "Revenue and Taxes," subheading "County Treasurer";
to repeal and reenact with amendments Section 521 (a) of said
Wicomico County Code, subtitle "Urban Service Districts"; to
repeal and reenact with amendments Section 128 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Worcester County (1961 Edition, being
Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) title
"Worcester County," subtitle "County Commissioners"; to repeal
and reenact with amendments Sections 290, 291, 295 and 297 of
said Worcester County Code, subtitle "Revenue and Taxes," sub-
heading "County Treasurer"; to repeal Section 306 of said Wor-
cester County Code; providing a uniform fiscal year for the State
and for all counties, incorporated cities and towns, and taxing
districts therein; amending provisions in the Code concerning the
