Fund"; to repeal and reenact with amendments Section 714 of said
title of the said Charter and Public Local Laws of Baltimore City,
subtitle "Special Paving Tax"; to repeal Section 91 of Article 5
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, (1930 Edition),
title "Calvert County," subtitle "County Treasurer," as said sec-
tion was last amended by Chapter 338 of the Acts of 1933; to
repeal and reenact with amendments Section 102 of Article 6 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 edition),
title "Caroline County," subtitle "County Commissioners"; to
repeal and reenact with amendments Section 119 of Article 6 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 edition), title
"Caroline County," subtitle "County Treasurer," as said section
was last amended by Chapter 268 of the Acts of 1959; to repeal
Section 314 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 edition), title "Carroll County," subtitle "Revenue and
Taxes," as said Section was last amended by Chapter 194 of the
Acts of 1941; to repeal and reenact with amendments Section 328C
of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
edition), title "Carroll County," subtitle "Roads," as said section
was enacted by Chapter 340 of the Acts of 1961; to repeal and
reenact with amendments Section 118 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Cecil County (1961 Edition, being Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil County," subtitle
"County Commissioners"; to repeal and reenact with amendments
Section 136 of said Cecil County Code, subtitle "County Treasurer";
to repeal and reenact with amendments Section 419 (a) of said
Cecil County Code, subtitle "Sanitary Districts"; to repeal Sec-
tion 82 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County (1959
Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Charles County," subtitle "County Treasurer"; to
repeal and reenact with amendments Sections 150, 151, 152(a),
153, 155, 157, 160 and 163 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County (1961 Edition, being Article 10 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Dorchester County,"
subtitle "County Commissioners and Treasurer," subheading
"Board of Estimates"; to repeal and reenact with amendments
Sections 168 and 170 of said Dorchester County Code, subheading
"Treasurer"; to repeal Section 176 of said Dorchester County

having been amended by Chapter 138 of the Acts of 1961, AND
SECTION 8-19 THEREOF HAVING BEEN AMENDED BY
