of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland inconsistent with
or superseded by certain of the Maryland Rules of Procedure; to

erroneously repealed in prior Acts of this nature; and relating
generally to the removal of certain procedural matter from the
statutory law of the State of Maryland.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
