thousand Seven Hundred & ffive Betweene John Toaes of Robert Roberts of Philadelphia in the province of phensellvania for and in consideration of the sume of Three Thousand Pounds of the sealeing and delivery of these prsents the Resept whereof the part and pcell thereof doth acquitt and Discharge the sd Robert ever, by these prsents hat given granted Bargained Sold released Sell Release Enfoeffe and Confirme unto ye sd Robert Roberts and being in Kent County and on the south side of Chester river of Chester river a Little below the Lowermost Common Rideinig over & by south up the river Seventy Two Pearches till it Intersect Bridge, and then running south east with said Land One Hundred Thence west by north tell itt Intersect a Line Drawne south and Thirty Akers more of Less Together with all houses Edifices ties & appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or in according to the bounds aforesd, with all & singular the pmises assignes forever to and for the only proper use and behoofe of and the sd John Toaes his Heires Exrs admrs The before Bargained his Heires and assignes shall & will against all manner of persons that free & Cleare of and from all manner of Charges & incumbrances Due or payable out or for ye sd pmises for ye Chiefe Lord or Lords In Wittness whereof the Parties ffirst above named to these present Day and year ffirst above written Jno Toaes {seal}
