shall come greeting, Know ye yt I Robert Smith of Talbot
I have and doe beaer unto my Loveing ffriend Coll: Thomas
ally and clearly give and grant unto him the sd Thomas
acres of Land being the northermost Hundred acres of
branch of Prickle pear Creeke Running out of Chester River
being had and made will more plainely appear To have and
singular ye appurtuneances thereunto belonging Royal Mines Excepted
And their only Propper Use and Behoofe for ever Peaceably
said Robert Smith or his Heires or any other Person or Persons
any of them shall and will forever wart and defend
