Shipped by the grace of god in good ordr & well condiconed by me Jno Johnson in and upon the good ship called the Ann of London whereof is Master of the p’sent Voyage Benja: Dollen and now rideing at anchor in South River and bound for London to sail One hhd of Marryland Tobacco being Marked & Numbered as in the Margent & are to be delivered in like good ordr & well condiconed at the [II No 1] afsd port of London (the danger of the Seas excepted) unto Mr Robt Rudle & Benja Dollen Merchts in London or to their assignes they paying fraight for the sd goods after the Rate of Five pounds per Tunn & wth Maryland duties wth primage & avarage accustomed In witness whereof the Master or purser of the sd Ship hath affirmed to three Bills of Lading all of this Tenor & Date – the one of wch three Bills being accomplished the other two to stand void – And so God send the ship to her desired port in Safty.
