75 of this Court Then this recognizance to be Void Else toRemain in full force in Law Ordered by this Court here that the afd Benjamin enter into recognizance for his Appearance & good behavour to next November Court Thereupon Benjamin Palmer George Hall and Wm. Smithers of Kent County planters present here in Court Acknowledgeth themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the right honourable the Lord propry of Maryland Benjamin Palmer in the sum of forty pounds currt. money of the province afd and George Hall and William Smithers in the sum of twenty pounds like money Each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recognizance that Benjamin Palmer do make his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held for the County afd and in the mean time to keep the peace and be of Good behavour Then this Recognizance to be Void Else to Remain in full force & Virtue in Law Jams Smith Clk |
