Lord Propry of Maryland in the sum of five Pounds Current
money of Maryland to be made and Leveyed on his body goods &
Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recognizance
that William Granger do make his personall Appearance
before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our
Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third
tuesday in August Instant then and there to Testifie in behalf
of his Lordship against the afd Richard Johnson then this
Recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law

Kent County fst Be it Remembered that on the Seventeenth
day of August Anno Dom. 1738 personally Appeared Stephen
Glanvill before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justs.
of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged himself Indebted
to his Lordship the Right honourable the Lord propry of
Maryland in the sum of five pounds Current money of the
province afd to be made and Leveyed on his body goods &
Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recognize:
that Stephen Glanvill do make his personall Appearance
before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at
Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on
the third tuesday of August Instant then and there to give
Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Richard
Johnson for Assaulting William Cole of the County afd
Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in
force in Law                  Henry Evans
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the 17th
day of August Anno Dom. 1738 personally Appeared Richd.
Cockey before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justs.
