6 Lordship against the afd John and prays that he may be Allowed for four days Attendc. he having proved the time afd Ordered by this Court here that the afd John pay unto the afd James the sum of One hundred and twenty pounds of tobacco for his Attendance afd And now here to wit at Kent County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June being the day and year afd cometh the afd John Ryley hereinto Court in his proper person and prayeth that his recognizance taken as afd may be Discharged Ordered by this Court here that the afd John Ryley his Recogc. taken as afd be discharged as prayed John Ryley his Recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here Discharged their being no Cause shewn to the Contrary Att which said day & year last mentioned comes into the afd County Court James Boyer and prays that his recogc. taken as afd might be discharged Ordered by this Court here that the afd James Boyer his Recognizance taken as afd be Discharged as prayed James Boyer his Recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here Discharged there being no Cause shewn to the Contrary Att which said day & year afd comes into the same County Court James Cargill and prays that his recognizc. taken as afd might be discharged Ordered by this Court here that the afd James his recogc. taken as afd be Discharged as prayed James Cargill his recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here Discharged there being no Cause shewn to the Contrary Att which said day & year afd last mentioned come prayeth that his recognizance taken as afd may be Dischd. |
