Att a Court held for Kent County at the Court house in
the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of Augst.
being the twenty first day of said month in the twenty fifth
Year of the Dominion &c of the right honourable Charles
Absolute Lord & propry of the provinces of Maryland And
Avalon Lord Barron of Baltemore &c And in the year
of Our Lord Christ seventeen hundred thirty & nine

His Lordship    Command was given
agt    to the sher. of Kent County on
Margrett English    the 23rd. day of June in the 25th

    year of Our Dominion &c in
the Year of Our Lord 1739 that he should take Margt.
English late of Kent County Spinster if she should be
found in his Bailwick and him safe keep so that he
have his body before the Justices of Our next Court
to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in
said County on the third tuesday in August next to
Answer unto an Indictment of Fornication And
that the said sher. have at the time and place afd
the said Writt &c Att which said third tuesday of
August being the Twenty first day of said
