so Say                  Therefore it is Considered by the Justices
here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in the Town
of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June being
the nineteenth day of said month in the year of Our Lord seventeen
hundred thirty & nine that the afd John McDonald shall
stand in and upon the pillary in the County afd for the space
of One hour And shall be whipped at the publick whiping
post in the same County with twenty five Lashes upon
the bare back of him the same John Mc.Donald And the
blood to Appear And it is Commanded to the sher. of Kent
County afd that he do Execution thereof upon him the said
John McDonald immediately at his perrill &ca. And
it is also Considered that the said John Mc.Donald do pay
unto the afd John Blakely the sum of Eighty pounds of
tobacco being the four fold of the Value of goods afd so
as afd Stolen It is further Considered by the same Court
here that the afd John Mc.Donald pay the sum of three
hundred & fifty eight pounds of tobacco costs accrue:
:ing on the premisses afd to the Severall Officers of this
Court                                                                               Jams Smith Clk
Ordered by this Court Here that William Trulock
Master to the afd John Mc.Donald deliver the said John
to the afd County Court at the Expiration of the time of
his Servitude there to make Satisfaction to the said Court
(for the Fees Accrueing on the premisses afd) According to
Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided &c
