his Personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next
June Court to be held for the County afd Then and there to Answer
unto Such things as Shall be Objected against him on his Lord:
:ships behalf And in the mean time to keep the peace and be of
good behavour Then this recognizance to be void Else to remain
in full force in Law                           Thos. Williams junr.
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the twenty
third day of March Anno Dom. 1738 personally Appeared
Timothy OBryan of the County afd Cooper Nathaniel
Palmer and Walter Dougherty of the same place Gent. and
Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the
Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of ten
pounds currt. money to be made and Leveyed on their
bodys goods and chattels Lands and Tenements for the
Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that Timothy OBryan
afd makes his personall Appeare. before the Justices of
Our next June Court Then and there to give Evidence in
behalf of his Lordship against the afd Thomas Travick
Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in
full force in Law                           Thos. Williams junr.
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the 23d.
day of March Anno Dom. 1739 personally Appeared Nathll.
Palmer & Walter Dougherty before me the Subscriber One
of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County afd Mrs
and Acknowledgeth themselves to be Indebted unto his Lordship
the Lord propry in the sum of ten pounds each to be made and
Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattels Lands & Tenements
for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that Mrs. ONeil makes
her personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next
County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town
of Chester in the County afd on the third tuesday in June next
Then and there to give evidence in behalf of his Lordship
against the afd Thomas Travick Then this recognizance
to be void Else to remain in full force in Law
