June Court 1738

[Or]dered by this Court here that the afd William Louder
[give] Security for the fees Accrueing on the premisses afd
[to the Officers] of this Court
[Whereup]on William Louder and William Murray and
[illegible] here in Court in their proper persons Acknow:
[:ledgeth] themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right
[honour]able the Lord propry. in the sum of five hundred
pounds of tobacco each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys
goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of
his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condn.
that the said William Louder do pay the fees Accrueing
on the premisses afd to the Officers of this Court Then
this Recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full
force in Law
