his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County [William] Louder William Timbrill and William Murray who Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship The Right Honourable the Lord Propry. of Maryland (That is to say) Wm. Louder in the sum of ten pounds current money of the province afd and William Timbrill and William Murry in the sum of five pounds current money as afd to be made & Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition that the afd Wm. Louder do make his personall Appearance before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June next to Answer unto Such things as shall be then & there Objected against him on behalf of his Lordship and in the mean time to keep the peace and be of Good behaviour Then this recognizance to be void Else to remain in full force & Virtue in Law Henry Evans And now here to wit at Kent County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June being the twentieth day of said month in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred thirty and eight cometh the afd William Louder here into Court and prayeth that his and his Suretys Recognizance taken as afd may Be discharged Ordered by this Court that Wm. Louder Wm. Timbrill & William Murray their Recognizances taken as afd be Discharged as prayed William Louder Wm. Timbrill and William Murray their Recognizances taken as afd by this Court here dis :charged there being no Cause shewn to the Contrary |
