pay the sum of nine hundred thirty and nine pounds of tobacco
costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the Severall Of Officers
of this Court &c                                      Jams Smith Clk

His Lordship    Orderd by this Court here that
agt    the afd William Enter into recognize.
William Graves    with Security for his Appearance and

   good behavour (Especially to Benjamn.
Green) to next August Court
Thereupon William Graves of Kent County Gent. &
James Ringgold & James Wright in their proper persons
comes here into the afd County Court and Acknowledgeth them:
:selves to be Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord propry in
William Graves in the sum of twenty pounds curr t. money
James Ringgold and James Wright in the sum of ten pounds
like money Each to be made & Leveyed on their bodys goods &
chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recognizance
that the afd William makes his personall Appearance before the
Justices of Our next County Court to be held for the County afd on
then and there to Answer unto an Indictmt. for Assaulting Benjamin Green
the third tuesday in August next ^ And in the mean time to keep
the peace and be of good behavour and more Especially to the
afd Benjamin Green Then this recognizance to be Void
Else to remain in full force in Law
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Benjamin Green enter
into recognizance for his Appearance (as an Evidence in behalf
of his Lordship against the afd William Graves) at next Augst.
Court to be held for the County afd
Thereupon Benjamin Green of Kent County planter
in his proper person comes here into Court and Acknowledg:
:eth himself to be Indebted unto his Lordship the right
honourable the Lord propry in the sum of ten pounds
current money of Maryland to be made and Leveyed on his
body goods and chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use
of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With
