      Att a Court held for Kent County at the Court house in
the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June
being the ninteenth day of said month in the 25th year of the
Dominion of the Right honourable Charles Absolute Lord & propry
of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Barron of Balto:
:more &c in the year of Our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred
thirty & nine                           Before

His Lordship    Command was given to the sher. of Kent
agt    County on the 24th day of March in the 25th
Mary Price    year of Our Dominion &c in the year of Our
Lord 1738 that he should take Mary Price late of St. pauls
parish in the County afd Spinster If she should be found in
his Bailwick and her safe keep so that he have her body
before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our
Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the
third Tuesday in June next to answer unto and Indictment of
Fornication &c And that the said sher. have at the time
& place afd the sd. Writ &c Att Which sd. third tuesday of
June being the nineteenth day of said month in the year of Our
Lord seventeen hundred thirty & nine cometh Simon Wilmer Gen.
sher. of Kent County and makes return thereof to the Court
here thereon Indorsed as fol. Vizt
                          Cepi Corpus pr S. Wilmer sher.
Kent County fst The Jurors for the right honourable the Lord
propry that now is for the body of Kent County afd upon their Oath
