on the premisses afd to the Officers of this Court &c.
                                                          Jams. Smith Clk.
Ordered by this Court here that the fine afd be delivered
to the sherr. of Kent County And William Herris Gent.
sherr. of Kent County being present herein Court Acknow:
:ledgeth the receipt of the Same
And now here to wit Kent County afd at the Court house in
the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June
being the day & year last abo mentioned cometh Mr John
Conner here into Court in his proper person & prayeth that
his and his Suretys recognizance taken as afd may be Dischd
Ordered by this Court here that the John Conner Nathaniel
Hynson and Wm. McClean their Recognizances taken afd
be Discharged as prayed
John Conner his Recognizance taken as afd Nathaniel
Hynson & Wm. McClean their Recognizances taken as afd
are by this Court here Dishcarged their being no Cause shewn
to the Contrary &c.
Att Which said day & year afd last mentioned cometh
here into Kent County Court William Trulock and prayeth that
his Recogniznace taken as afd may ht be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that William Trulock his
Recognizance taken as afd be Discharged as prayed
William Trulock his Recognizance taken as afd is
by this Court here Discharged there being no cause shewn
to the Contrary &c.
