the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors
With Condition to this recognizance that the afd Bowles
Green do make his personall Appearance before the
Judges of Our next Court of Assize to be held for Kent
County afd Then and there to answer unto such things
as Shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf
and in the mean time to keep the peace and be of good
behavour Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain
in full force in Law
