to the sherr. that he do execution thereof upon him the said Richd Edwards
Immediately at his perrill &c And it is further Considered by the sd. Cort.
here that the afd Richd. Edwards do pay unto the afd James Mc.Ginnis
the sum of three hundred & Sixty four pounds of tobacco being
the four fold of the Value of the Value of the goods afd so as afd
Stolen and that he the same Richd. Edwards do return to the afd
James Mc.Ginnis the afd goods or the Single Value thereof
being ninety One pounds of tobacco And he not having where:
:withall to Satisfy for the four fold Thereupon he is Committed
in to the Custody of the sher. of Kent County untill the four fold
afd be Satisfyed It is Also Considered by the Justices at the time
and place afd that the said Richd. pay the sum of
                                     pounds of tobacco Costs Accrueing on the
premisses afd to the Severall Officers of this Court &c
Ordered by this Court that the afd Richd give Security for the fees afd
Accrueing on the premisses afd to the Severall Officers of this Court
And he the afd Richd. not having any One to Offer nor no One Offering
for him Thereupon he is Committed into the Custody of the sher. of Kt.
County untill he give Security as afd
                                                                     enter into recoge. With
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Richd give ^ Security for
his Appe. dureing Court Sitting And to Abide the Judgmt. of the same
Court            Thereupon Richd. Edwards & Abram. Falconor of Kent
County present here in Court in their proper persons Cometh here
And pray Acknowledgeth themselves Indebted to his Lordship the
right honourable the Lord propry of Maryld. in the sum of twenty
five pounds Currt. money of Maryld to be made & Leveyed on his body
goods and Chattles Lands and Tenemts. for the Use of his said Ldp
his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recoge. that Richd
Edwards makes his personall Appe. dureing Court Sitting and to
stand & abide the Judment of the same Then this Recoge. to
be Void Else to remain in full force in Law
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March
being the twentyeth day of said month in the year of Our Lord God One
thousand Seven hundred thirty & eight Cometh Richd. Edwards here
                          &
into the same Court ^ prayeth that his & his Suretys recoge. for his
Appearance to this Court may be Discharged &c
Ordered by this Court here that Richard Edwards his recoge.
taken as afd be Discharged as prayed       Richd. Edwards
his recoge. taken as afd is by this Court here Dischd. there being
no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c       Att Which said day and
Year afd last mentioned Cometh Robert Kee here into Court
