Then this Recoge. to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in
the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March
being the twentyeth day of said month in the year of Our Lord
Seventeen hundred thirty & eight Cometh the afd Jane Reed here into
Court in her proper person and prayeth that her & Her Suretys
Recoge. taken for her Appe. to this Court may be discharged &c
Ordered by this Court here that Jane Reed her recoge. taken as afd
be Discharged as prayed Jane Reed her recoge. taken as afd
is by this Court here Discharged there being no cause Shewn to
the Contrary &c Att which said day & year afd Cometh Joseph Reed
here into Court in his proper person & prayeth that his recoge.
taken as afd for the appe. of the afd Jane to this Court may be
