afd Then this recognize. to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in the
Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March being the
Twentyeth day of said month in the year of Our Lord seventeen hundd.
thirty and eight Cometh the afd Elisha Reed here into Court in his pro:
:per and prayeth that his recoge. & his Suretys taken for his Appe.
at this Court may be Discharged &c            Elisha Ordered by
this Court here that Elisha Reed his recognizance taken as afd be

this Court here Discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
