The bill entitled, an act to cause the defective acknowl-
edgment of a deed from Charles G. Ogden to James K.
Hardly, bearing date the 25th of April, 1854, and to make
valid the recording of the same as though it had been re-
corded according to law,

Was read the second time, by special order the third time,
and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
