EVENING SESSION, 9½ o'clock, P. M.

The House met. Present at the call of the roll the follow-
ing members:

The bill entitled, an act for running and marking the
western boundary line of this State, beginning at the Fair-
fax stone on the north branch of the Potomac river, at or
near its source, and running due north to the line of the
State of Pennsylvania; and also for running and marking the
southern boundary line of this State, extending from Smith's
Point to the Atlantic ocean, or either of them,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follow:
