of the people, upon the expediency of calling a convention to
frame a new constitution and form of Government for this
State, and to provide for the election of Delegates to such
Convention;

An act for the relief of Henry M. Fitzhugh, administrator
be bonis non of Col. William Fitzhugh;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays;"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the commit-
tee on Judiciary;

The bill entitled, an act appropriating a sum of money for
the repairing and keeping in repair the Tobacco Warehouses
in the city of Baltimore;

Was read the second and third times, by special order, and
