The bill entitled, an act relating to the Justices of the
Peace in and for the city of Baltimore, locating their places of
business, providing for the payment of their fees in criminal
cases, and providing for the election and appointment of two
additional Justices for the Tenth Ward in said city;
Being upon its second reading,
Mr. Hobbs moved to postpone the further consideration of
the bill.
