The Senate bill entitled, an act to make judgments of
justices of the peace liens upon real estate, and to provide for
the issue of executions upon the same,

Being upon its second reading,

Mr. Wickes proposed the following amendment:

Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That all liens as provided, shall
