Savings Institution ;

Being upon the second reading,

Mr. Harrington proposed the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

And be it enacted, "That this corporation shall cause to
be published annually, in two newspapers, one in said coun-
ty and one in the city of Baltimore, for three successive weeks,
a full and complete statement of its affairs, under the oath
or affirmation of the President or other proper officer of the
same."
